I’m a personal trainer, group fitness teacher, pilates teacher, hypopressives practitioner and nutrition and lifestyle coach with over 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry.
I’m a mother and an athlete, dabbling in competitive bodybuilding.
I love the outdoors and when I’m not training I’m either hitting the mountain bike trails or heading to the beach
I’m based on the far south coast, known as the Sapphire Coast of NSW.
What do I do?
I work with people who want more than quick health fixes - those seeking a personalised, professional and long-term approach to their health and fitness.
My coaching looks at the big picture and combines tailored nutrition and training plans designed to help you rebuild your health and vitality, build strength, improve energy, and create sustainable habits that carry into every part of your life.
I offer hybrid coaching - coaching online as well as face to face, with personal training and small group fitness classes each week in Tura Beach:
Group Fitness Timetable:
Monday: Strength Circuit 9:30-10:15am
Wednesday: Mat Pilates 9:30-10:30am
Through nutrition and lifestyle coaching I help you navigate more complex health and fitness issues, including post-partum depletion, gut health issues (bloating, gas, inconsistent bowel movements, under-eating, understanding macros), hormone support, inflammation, fluid retention.
I’ve worked with clients managing complex conditions such as coeliac disease, Hashimotos and thyroid conditions, PCOS and endometriosis and I support normal everyday people to move better through improved technique, proper fuel for their lifestyle and provide support and strategy for how to stay on-track when life throws those curveballs.

Group Fitness Classes
Group fitness classes offer a motivating, social and cost-effective way to improve strength, cardio fitness and overall wellbeing. Led by me, each session combines structured warm-ups, mixed-intensity work blocks and targeted cool-downs to deliver a safe, effective workout suitable for a range of abilities.
Exercises are scalable - options and progressions are provided so participants feel supported and can challenge themselves.

What to expect:
Arrive a few minutes early for check-in and a quick welcome. Wear comfortable training gear and bring a water bottle and towel. Sessions use minimal equipment (dumbbells, kettlebells, mats, bands) but options are provided for bodyweight-only classes. I offer technique cues, modifications and encouragement throughout.

Group fitness suits anyone seeking regular, guided exercise in a supportive setting - from beginners building confidence to seasoned exercisers looking for community and structure.
Sessions run with the school terms and fill up quickly.
