My Coaching Approach
One of the biggest things I see in the fitness industry is people being pushed through workouts without truly understanding how their body should be moving.
My coaching focuses on helping you develop awareness and control so that every exercise has purpose.
In sessions we work on:

• Improving posture and alignment
• Strengthening stabilising muscles
• Building strength safely and progressively
• Developing better body awareness
The goal is to help you train in a way that supports your body rather than breaking it down.
Biomechanics & Technique
A major focus of my coaching is biomechanics, understanding how your body moves and how each joint and muscle works together.
Many aches, pains and injuries come from poor movement patterns or exercises being performed incorrectly.
During our sessions I will help you:
• Improve lifting technique
• Correct movement patterns
• Reduce unnecessary strain on joints
• Build strength through proper mechanics
• Learn how to activate the right muscles
Often small adjustments in technique can make a huge difference in both results and injury prevention.
Core & Pelvic Floor Strength
Core strength goes far beyond abdominal exercises. Your core includes the muscles that support your spine, pelvis and overall stability and it plays a huge role in how safely and effectively you move.
I place a strong emphasis on:
• Deep core activation
• Pelvic floor strength and awareness
• Proper breathing mechanics
• Spinal stability
• Functional strength through the core
